ORLANDO, Fla. – Two men were off the streets Saturday in connection to the double homicide that happened at the Misty Oaks apartment complex and a standoff that happened Friday.

Deputies had to evacuate dozens of people, including one woman who said she can't believe it was Stewart they were after.

"He's a great guy deep down inside. He's really a good guy. I still don't believe that he murdered anybody," she said.

Officials said Stewart also played a part in the double homicide. Lopez is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. Stewart faces attempted murder charges.

Local 6 spoke with the Williams' family, who said they are relieved that both men were caught and arrested.
