Police investigate fatal shooting on Cypress Woods Drive

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police on Monday released a composite sketch of one of the two people sought in connection with a double-shooting that left one person dead.

Police said Jacob Almond, 19, died in the shooting, which happened last week in the 4800 block of Cypress Woods Drive.

Orlando police were investigating at the SummerGate Condos and the Serrano Apartments, where officers were initially called about a suspicious incident.

Police said the victims were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, and Almond later died.

A black car was towed from the apartment complex early Wednesday, and police said the vehicle was part of their ongoing investigation.

Police described the first culprit as a black male, approximately 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. The second culprit was described as a black male, approximately 22 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds with short hair in a Mohawk style.
