ORLANDO, Fla. -- The autopsy report for the woman who fell 16 stories to her death from a hotel balcony on New Year's Eve has been released.
According to the autopsy, Nicole Hammond's blood-alcohol level was 0.18 percent, which is more than twice the legal limit when driving.
The autopsy lists Hammond's manner of death as homicide. The police report said she could not have jumped over the 16th floor balcony without help because she was too short.
Hammonds boyfriend, Justin Speegle, is charged with murder in her death. He is out of jail on bond.
