ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. -- A man appeared before a judge Wednesday afternoon on charges he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.Altamonte Springs police said they found Jose Torres, 23, riding a bike in the nude. They said he was fleeing the home where he sexually assaulted the girl.The girl's father caught Torres having sex with his daughter and tried to detain him, police said. He was not able to, but did somehow cut Torres' head before the man fled the home naked on a bike.Police said Torres jumped off the bike and tried to run from an officer before being caught and arrested.Torres is being held on $25,000 bond.
