POSTED: 12:46 a.m. EDT April 12, 2003

A grieving father breaks his silence as he hopes national exposure will help catch his ex-wife's killer.

Triple murder victimsAmerica's Most Wanted is highlighting the case of Chip Carter, a local fugitive wanted for the murder of Liz Reed, her oldest daughter Courtney and her boyfriend, Glenn Pafford.

Brian Reed says 8-year-old Rebecca and 7-year-old B.J. were in the home when gunfire killed their mother and 16-year-old sister.

"He stalked her and terrorized ... from what she had told me," Reed (pictured, left) told Channel 4's Jennifer Waugh.

The lead detective in the case is expected to walk the TV crew thru the house, explaining what happened. Police say they hope this national publicity will help spread word to about a $5,000 reward for Carter's arrest and conviction.

For Reed and his family, the more exposure the better, if it brings Carter to justice.

"I truly believe he did it," Ross said. "There's no doubt in my mind."
