NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Haleigh Cummings' step-grandmother was arrested Thursday on charges of being a fugitive from justice in a case unrelated to Haleigh's disappearance.

Lisa Croslin was arrested in Tennessee and was issued a $100,000 bond. She was supposed to participate in an upcoming trial in Florida, according to authorities.Croslin's daughter, Misty Cummings, said she was asleep in the Satsuma home of Haleigh's father when the then-5-year-old girl vanished in February. Misty Cummings was the girlfriend of Haleigh's father at the time of the girl's disappearance but later married Ronald Cummings.Putnam County authorities have said they believe Haleigh was abducted.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
