LONGWOOD, Fla. -- A mother was arrested Tuesday evening and charged with strangling and killing her 2-year-old daughter using her hands and bra. Nioshka Bello was charged with first-degree murder as she was being released from South Seminole Hospital.Bello's daughter, Janessa Sandoval, died Saturday after being found unresponsive in her Casselberry home. Bello, 22, was hospitalized on Saturday after an apparent drug overdose.The medical examiner determined Janessa was strangled and killed. During an interview with Casselberry police, Bello told investigators she used her hands and bra to strangle her daughter.Bello is being held at the Seminole County Jail.
