ORLANDO, Fla. -- A 19-year-old has been arrested after being accused of molesting a female in the wave pool of a Disney water park.

Caesar Pinto was charged with sexual battery after a patron at Typhoon Lagoon told security that Pinto pulled her bikini bottom to the side and molested her Sunday afternoon.

The victim, whose age was not released, told Orange County deputies Pinto tried to molest her again when another wave came through, but she kicked him away and yelled at him.

The victim identified Pinto and he was detained at the park and arrested. He has since been released on bond.

The police report said Pinto, who lives in Ft. Lauderdale, is in the process of joining the Marines.

There has been a string of similar incidents in recent months.

A man accused of flashing a 14-year-old girl at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon no longer faces charges in the case.

Another water park guest told police he saw Bradford Biggers expose himself to a teen on July 11.

Biggers, 51, blames his bathing suit. He said the elastic did not stay in place.

The clerk of courts said it has dropped the charges in the case due to insufficient evidence.
