CASSELBERRY, Fla. -- The body of an elderly woman was found Tuesday evening inside a burned apartment in Casselberry, officials said.

A fire broke out at about 6 p.m. at the apartment, which is located on San Jose Circle.Seminole County firefighters arrived at the blaze and said one unit was engulfed in flames. The body of the woman, who has not been identified, was then located, fire officials said.The woman used oxygen tanks, and other apartments were evacuated due to an explosion risk, fire officials said.The fire was contained to just one unit, although other apartments had smoke damage, officials said.The state fire marshal will conduct an investigation into the cause of the blaze.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
