Orlando police said the same man is suspected in at least three bank robberies, two of which occurred on Friday.

The Regions bank located at 4095 Millenia Blvd. and the SunTrust bank located at 5190 S. John Young Parkway just over a mile away were robbed on Friday by a man who passed a note to tellers before fleeing on foot. In the SunTrust bank robbery, the man implied he had a gun, police said.

Orlando police said the man is also suspected in the Oct. 29 bank robbery at the SunTrust located at 1601 S. Orange Ave.

Police released surveillance photos of the robber, who is described as a black man about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 25 to 30 years old.

In the Regions bank robbery, the thief was wearing a Kangol hat and appeared to have long hair. The suspect in the second robbery on Friday was wearing a baseball hat.

Anyone with information about the man is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
