If it's happening in Central Florida, chances are you will see the Sky 6 helicopter and its pilot, Dan McCarthy.Dan has been flying helicopters for 14 years and has more than 4,000 flight hours under his belt.Since he was a child, Dan has always had a desire to fly rotorcraft and he also flies planes as a hobby.

Dan's first job was as a flight instructor in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., at Heliflight Inc. Since then, he has flown all over the United States, the Bahamas and South America.He says his best job yet is working for Universal Air Service and flying the Bell 206 Long Ranger Sky 6 helicopter.Dan has commanded Sky 6 to some of the most memorable events in Central Florida.
