A woman was arrested after calling 911 on Orlando police who went to a club after receiving a report of a battery.

AUDIO: 911 Call

Kelly Petersen, 24, was arrested on charges of trespassing after a warning, resisting without violence, attempted escape from a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and misuse of 911.

According to Orlando police, Petersen called police to the downtown Orlando nightclub Pulse, located on Orange Avenue, saying she was the victim of a battery.

Due to conflicting information and no independent witnesses, Petersen was told by officers that a report would not be filed, police said. She was given a trespass warning by Pulse employees, who said she was drunk and disorderly, police said.

Petersen then began to shout obscenities toward employees and other patrons outside the club, police said.

Petersen told police she needed to get her keys from a friend and could not go home otherwise. Officers contacted her friend, who said she did not have Petersen's keys, police said.

According to Orlando police, Petersen was then told to leave the area four times, but she instead called 911, asking for help retrieving her keys.

"I'm at Pulse on Orange Avenue and there are cops here, but they won't get me my keys to my house," she said on the call. "So I need somebody else. I would very appreciate an officer that would, like, talk to me."

Police placed Petersen under arrest and put her into the back of a patrol car, and when she was asked if she had any weapons, she cursed at the officer, police said.

Less than a minute later, Petersen slipped one of her hands out of the handcuffs, and an officer had to restrain her to place the handcuffs back on her, police said. Petersen then said that she "loves money," and, "I'm going to sue you," according to police.

Petersen was taken to Florida Hospital South, and she was treated and released, police said.
