ORLANDO, Fla. -- A Lynx bus driver has been arrested after a passenger told her husband the man kissed her and touched her inappropriately.
The woman began text messaging her husband after Gustavo Riano picked her up at her home for a physical therapy appointment Thursday afternoon. She told her husband Riano kissed her and made her uncomfortable, Orange County deputies said.
Deputies said the woman told them Riano, 48, greeted her at her door after picking her up late, and he kissed her on the cheek. She said she told him that she did not want him to touch or kiss her, but after she got on the bus and he secured her seatbelt, he kissed her on the lips for several seconds.
The woman told deputies Riano kissed her two more times at stops and put his tongue in her mouth despite her protests. She said he tried to delay dropping her off at physical therapy several times.
The woman's husband told deputies his wife had told him the same bus driver had previously told her that he found her attractive.
Deputies said the husband confronted Riano, asked him why he kissed his wife, and punched and kicked him repeatedly.
Gustavo was charged with kidnapping and abuse of a disabled adult.
