As guests enter Hogsmeade, they will be greeted by the iconic, smoke-billowing steam engine, made famous in the Harry Potter books and films for transporting students to a world of magic and wonder. Opening in Spring 2010 only at Universal Orlando Resort, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will feature multiple themed attractions, shops and a restaurant. |
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Something was brewing Wednesday night at Universal Orlando's highly-anticipated attraction -- The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Tipsters told Local 6 that the theme park entertained corporate executives at a preview party. It was even rumored that author J.K. Rowling was in attendance.Employees were seen dressed in costumes carrying props into the area, which was closed and heavily guarded.The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is scheduled to open this spring.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
