Casey Anthony Ruled Indigent By Judge
Anthony Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter, Caylee

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge on Friday declared Casey Anthony indigent.
Circuit Judge Stan Strickland ordered that the state should be responsible for some of Anthony's defense costs after determining she met the standards for indigency.

Anthony, who recently turned 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008. Her remains were found in December 2008.
