The man known as Seminole County's "most annoying neighbor" has until midnight to clean up his yard or face possible jail time, according to Local 6 News.
Neighbors have complained about Alan Davis, 46, and the piles of junk and rats in his yard for more than 10 years, Local 6 News reported.
Last year, Davis was arrested after he created the sculpture of a bare torso and placed it in the front yard of his home on Alpine Street in Altamonte Springs. A neighbor called 911 to complain that the statue was obscene, and Davis was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
Despite being charged with more than $300,000 in fines, Davis has refused to clean up the junk or remove the statue.
Last month, a judge issued an injunction ordering Davis to clean up his yard.
He responded by hauling more junk on to his property and even putting scrap metal on his roof.
Davis claims he is exercising his right to free speech.
If Davis fails to meet Monday's deadline, another court hearing will be scheduled and Davis could be found in contempt of the judge's order, Local 6 News reported.
