Police Receive Complaint From Neighbor

A 45-year-old Central Florida woman was arrested Saturday after police found her special needs son home alone and soaked in his own vomit, according to Local 6 News.
Police said Brenda Kral faces several charges for allegedly neglecting her son, who has cerebral palsy.
Officers went to Kral's home in Sanford, Fla., after receiving a complaint from a neighbor that the child had been hit by an adult brother.
When the officers checked the house out they found the boy on the floor covered in vomit, Local 6 News reported. Kral was arrested a short time later.
