Detroit police detectives are investigating the discovery of human body parts behind a gas station on the city's east side Tuesday afternoon, according to a report.
A woman reportedly flagged police down when she made the discovery behind a Sunoco gas station at Grinnell and St. Cyril streets in the 11th Precinct, WDIV-TV reported Tuesday.
Police say the dismembered bodies were found in a patch of weeds behind the station.
Investigators were not clear on the gender of the victims.
Police taped off the scene near the gas station as they continued to investigate.
