CLERMONT, Fla. -- A giant 30-foot sinkhole that opened up Monday in Clermont has forced a family to evacuate their home, according to Local 6 News.
The hole reportedly opened about 10 feet from a home located at 10306 Castillo Court in the Vistas subdivision.

Tim Hargis and his family believe the hole opened up some time after the Super Bowl since they did not notice anything before the game. He was pulling out of his home Monday morning when he noticed the hole.
The Hargises were asked to leave their home until a geologist can determine whether the hole will continue growing.
An expert said rainwater that dripped through limestone may have caused an underground collapse.
