OSHA Investigates Claims Disney Denied Bathroom Breaks

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating claims by two Disney cast members that they were told by managers they could not go to the bathroom, according to Local 6 News.

The two cast members, who work at the "transportation and ticket center," claim managers told them bathroom breaks were not allowed until their scheduled break times -- so they shouldn't drink liquids before working, Local 6 News reported.

Disney said the workers were not familiar with the proper procedure and should have asked their managers.
