ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- A hockey stick-wielding Albuquerque man was sent to a big penalty box on the city's west side after an incident at a McDonald's restaurant.
Peter Temple, 62, was booked Monday into the Metropolitan Detention
Center on a charge of aggravated battery.
Temple allegedly struck an employee in the hand with a hockey stick outside the restaurant.
Workers said the incident started with Temple accusing the McDonald's employee of throwing away his dentures.
Workers said after the accusation, Temple left, but soon returned with a hockey stick, swinging at the employee and striking him in the hand and wrist.
