ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A man was shot and killed in Orange County as he walked home from work early Friday during an apparent robbery of beer and some cash, according to Local 6 News.
Investigators said several men in a car pulled up to Calazan Perez, 37, just after midnight as he approached the Hidden Creek Apartments located at the corner of Texas and Americana. At least one person from the car reportedly shot the man in the head and then stole beer and some cash before fleeing, Local 6 News reported.The man was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center and later died from the injury.
