The doors to seven buildings at Deland High School were superglued shut Monday in an apparent end-of-year prank, according to Local 6 News.

The vandalism comes about one year after students superglued more than 100 classroom doors shut and released nearly 80,000 bees at the same school.

Last May, students at DeLand High School were sent home early after beehives were glued down on school grounds and the swarms escaped inside the school.

Deland High School Principal, Mitch Moyer, said this year's vandalism could prevent the students reponsible from graduating, Local 6 News reported.

"A little glue on the exterior of campus doors may not seem like a whole lot but in essence, young people are entering an unauthorized area after hours," Moyer said.

"Kids need to stop and think before they do something," Deland parent Judy Bose said. "It's like doing anything, you need to stop and think."

School officials are still looking for the students reponsible for the superglue prank. The vandals could face criminal charges, according to the report.

Seniors at Deland High School graduate May 22.

DeLand is 34 miles northeast of Orlando.
