A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly fondling himself inside a Brevard County department store, according to Local 6 News.
Officers arrested Carlos Flores-Diaz in the Sears store at Merritt Square Mall after security officers witnessed the man apparently committing a lewd act in the men's section of the store.
After his arrest, deputies realized Flores-Diaz was an illegal alien.
Flores-Diaz is being held in the Brevard County Jail with no bond. He could face deportation, Local 6 News reported Monday.
