An attorney for an Orlando police officer suing the "Monsters of the Morning" radio show is looking into apparently "uncensored" messages posted against the officer on show's Web site, according to Local 6 News.

Earlier this week, Local 6 News reported Orlando police officer Rhonda Huckelbery is suing the '"Monsters of the Morning" show after comments were allegedly aired claiming she has AIDS and is a lesbian.

Since the story aired and was posted on Local6.com, a series of harsh messages have reportedly been posted on the "Monsters" Web site concerning Huckelbery and her attorney, Mary Lytle, according to the Local 6 News report.

Now, Lytle is looking into the messages and says Clear Channel is responsible for content on the Web site.

"From our investigation, it shows that Clear Channel actually owns the Web site that these comments are going into," Lytle said. "We are disturbed and troubled by the fact that they (messages) weren't censored or filtered out given what is going on."

The alleged incident started with a committee charged with choosing a wrecker company that would receive a major contract with the city of Orlando.

Huckelbery served on the committee and admitted that one of the reasons why the committee did not go with one particular company was because the workers had sexually suggestive posters on the wall.

One of the posters was of "Monsters" personality Savannah, according to the report. Huckelbery said that was all it took to make her the target of relentless verbal attacks.

Clear Channel said it cannot comment on the case because of the pending lawsuit.

Lytle is seeking more than $1 million on behalf of Huckelbery.

The "Monsters" radio team, featuring Russ Rollins and Dirty Jim, returned to "Real Radio" Monday after being off the air for a week reportedly for sensitivity training.

Clear Channel Radio silenced the team after complaints about racial comments made on the air, Local 6 News reported.
