DELTONA, Fla. -- Investigators have arrested four people in connection with the murders of six adults whose bodies were found in a Deltona home, according to Local 6 News.
Investigators questioned as many as seven people in the last several hours, Local 6 News reported Sunday morning.
Witnesses Saturday said a "large-sized" force of Volusia sheriff's deputies converged on a home (pictured, left) on Fort Smith Boulevard, near the crime scene in Deltona.
Two men were ordered out of the house and taken with police, Local 6 News reported.
Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson said one man being held on a probation violation "had some knowledge of some of the victims." He said the other man agreed to accompany investigators.
The sheriff said the men were "somewhat" cooperative.
Authorities are not saying how the victims were killed and won't speculate on any motive.
Investigators apparently had trouble identifying the victims but did confirm to Local 6 News Saturday night that five of the six victims have been identified. Investigators said Michelle Nathan, 19, and Jonathan Gleason, 18, both of Deltona were found dead inside the house. Also, officials identified the bodies of Roberto Gonzalez, 28, Francisco Roman, 30 and Anthony Vega, 34, Saturday night.
The six people were found when one of the victims failed to show up for an early morning shift at a nearby Burger King restaurant.
The bodies of all six victims were removed from the house Friday night, Local 6 News reported.
Also, deputies said they wrapped up work at another possible crime scene inside a home where some of the victims may have once lived, Local 6 News reported. Investigators did not say what was learned from search of the home.
As the investigation continues, Johnson said his department has provided chaplains and victim advocates to help tend to the emotional needs of the victims' families.
"We'll do anything we can to help them," said Sheriff Johnson. "They're victims. We understand that, and we feel for them."
