A 19-year-old in Brevard County, Fla., is accused of having sex with an unconscious 15-year-old girl while three boys watched and videotaped the incident, according to Local 6 News.

Investigators said a 15-year-old girl went to Nicholas Lumley's (pictured, left) home at the Merritt Island Garden Apartments in December. During the visit, the girl reportedly had too much to drink.

Lumley allegedly took the girl into a bedroom and had sex with her while Thomas Rettberg, 16, and James Swindle, 15, videotaped the incident, Local 6 News reported Friday.

"These boys took advantage of her," Brevard County Sheriff's Office agent Sandy Roblin said. "She consumed enough alcohol to render herself unconscious at several points."

The next day the victim found out what happened to her.

"She did not know until the next morning when (Lumley) was bringing her home," Roblin said. "That's when he told her, he says, 'You know, I had sex with you and I videotaped it.'"

Lumley is now in the Brevard County Jail while the two other teens who allegedly videotaped the incident are being held at county's juvenile detention center.

Charges against a third teen are still pending.
