Woman Accused Of Kicking, Beating Puppy

A woman in Seminole County, Fla., was arrested Wednesday after witnesses in a nearby car spotted the woman allegedly abusing a puppy, according to Local 6 News.
Police said several passengers on a road witnessed Joanna Cuervo (pictured, left) disciplining her puppy by repeatedly lifting it off the ground by the leash, kicking the puppy, and beating it, Local 6 News reported. The witnesses told authorities she refused to stop when they asked her.Cuervo is charged with animal cruelty.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
