Although SunPoker.com placed the highest bid to put their name on Harp's stomach, she chose to offer her stomach to another online casino because they offered her a spokewoman job, Local 6 News reported.
"The highest bidder at first was SunPoker.com but I decided after the auction ended not to go with them and decided to go with The Golden Palace Casino," Harp said.
Harp, who is due to give birth next month, faces a lawsuit by SunPoker.com for violating eBay rules.
Local 6 News reported that according to the auction site's rules, once bidding ends, a product must go to the highest bidder and that the auction is a binding contract."
Harp will be attending the Daytona 500 race this weekend, according to the Local 6 News report.
EBay did not have a response.
