Orange County Sheriff Faces Class-Action Lawsuit

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary faces a class-action lawsuit that will be filed Thursday, Local 6 News has learned.

The Fraternal Order of Police is expected to file the suit against Beary over retiree health insurance benefits.

The group claims Beary broke state law by reducing the benefits in October.

Beary had no comment Wednesday night, according to the report.
