Investigators said the incidents happened in the electronics section of a Wal-Mart store located in West Melbourne, Fla., on Palm Bay Road.

The boys were near the video game display terminal during different times when the man approached, Local 6 News partner Florida Today has learned.

The man offered boys money to perform the acts on two separate occasions, police told Local 6 News.

"It's a pretty clear video," said Cmdr. Steve Wilkinson of the West Melbourne Police Department. "The guy was soliciting one young man to show his genitals for $20, the kid refused and then he offered $40. That kid kept refusing, then went away and told his mother, who then called security."

The man also approached another 15-year-old in the store and followed him for a brief time.

The man, who appears to have balding brown hair and a tribal tattoo on one arm, at one point appeared to rub the front of his pants, Wilkinson said. He then left the store before security arrived.

"This man is dangerous," Wilkinson said "It appears he will try to make contact with children anywhere possible. We're hoping somebody will recognize him."

Anyone with information on this incident is urged to call Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS.
