A woman in Colorado claims the image of Jesus mysteriously appeared to her in a dyed Easter egg, according to a Local 6 News report.

Linda Bargas of Pueblo said she bought an Easter egg dye kit and was coloring some hard boiled eggs when she realized she was late for an Easter service.Bargas said she blew on the egg to help dry it faster and the dye transformed into the face of what appears to be Jesus."I think it just happened, and it's something beautiful to look at," Bargas said.The hard-boiled egg is eight years old and does not smell rotten, the report said."It has lasted in my house for eight years," Bargas said. "Will I miss it? Probably a little bit. But it's time for it to go."Bargas said she may sell the egg or put it up for auction.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
