One of the most wanted criminals in Brevard County, Fla., was arrested after someone recognized him from a Web site photo and called police.Police said William Coley failed to register as a sex offender and violated his probation.Coley was arrested after a concerned citizen saw him on the sheriff's office Web site and turned him in.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
