ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies on Tuesday released the 911 calls made in the case of the missing Orange County teen whose body was found in Osceola County on Aug. 1.

Alexandria Chery, 16, was reported missing by her mother. Deputies identified her body on Aug. 6, almost a week after her remains were found near the Osceola-Polk County line.
In the 911 call, which is redacted because of the ongoing investigation, the caller tells Osceola County Sheriff's Office dispatchers how work crews discovered what was later determined to be Alexandria's body.
"They said they had been smelling something for a couple of days and we have all kinds of roadkill ... and they just assumed that's what it was," the caller said. "I had mentioned to one of these crew workers this morning that I saw them over there in the news on Jahna Mine Road looking for a possible recovery and they (the workers) went past the treeline there and told me curiosity got the best of them."
"One guy is pretty shaken up," the caller added.
Alexandria's mother's boyfriend, Sanel Saint Simon, 43, has a $100,000 bond set on felony obstruction of a criminal investigation charges and $100,000 bond on tampering with evidence in the disappearance of Alexandria.
Saint Simon remains in jail. He has not been charged with murder and the state attorney's office said it is waiting on evidence from Orange County Sheriff's Office.
