A woman in Philadelphia was arrested after allegedly cutting off her husband's testicles while he slept, according to a Local 6 News report.

The woman told police that she caught him cheating on her so she took action while he was asleep in their home located in the Tioga-Nicetown section, the report said.The man was taken to the hospital with severe bleeding.A TV news station in Philadelphia reported that the man's genitalia were reattached at a hospital.He was reportedly in stable condition.The woman could face aggravated assault or attempted murder charges in connection with the incident, Local 6 News reported.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
