Police in Orlando, Fla., arrested one of two men sought in the ambush and fatal shooting of a mother in MetroWest last week.

Investigators said that Deborah Culin had just stepped off a bus Tuesday night and was heading home to the Copper Terrace Apartments on Kirkman Road in MetroWest when she was killed.

"Orlando police say Toris Oliver is responsible," Local 6 reporter Vanessa Medina said Sunday.

Investigators said someone recognized Oliver from surveillance photos released Friday.

The photos showed Oliver and another man using Cullin's credit card just 9 mintues after she was murdered.

  • Toris Oliver.

Oliver allegedly filled up two cars with gas and then purchased more than $150 worth of food.

Cullins family said they want whoever is responsible behind bars.

"I want the person found who actually pulled the trigger," victim's sister Sandra Penny said. "I don't want him out there hurting anybody else."

Oliver was charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, fraud and forgery.

The search continues for the second man continues.
