A 2-year-old boy in Volusia County, Fla., died Sunday after he fell into a boat propeller while on a Father's Day trip with his family, according to Local 6 News.Authorities said Hadi Zulfiqar, 2, and his 3-year-old brother were in the back of the boat in South Daytona Beach Sunday as their father tried to dock the boat on the Halifax River.Police said the boys' father apparently gave the boat some gas and Hadi fell off and into the boat's propeller.The propeller severed Hadi's leg.The boy lost too much blood to survive, Local 6 News reported.The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating the accident.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
