Authorities in Orange County, Fla., are searching for three men who stormed into a business, robbed everyone inside, then shot and killed an employee for no apparent reason, according to a Local 6 News report.
Investigators said the men entered the Cash Register Auto Insurance building located on South Orange Blossom Trail just after 6 p.m. Friday and demanded money.
"For no apparent reason that we are aware of at this time, one of the suspects shot the clerk or one of the employees in the store " Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Solomons said. "He is deceased. They robbed everyone in the store. I'm not sure what was taken, but everybody was robbed on their way out."
Police said as the men left the building, they opened fire and hit Anthony Ortiz, 22.
Friends of Ortiz said he had just received his insurance license and started selling at the location two weeks ago.
Deputies said there is no good description of the men.
Anyone with information concerning this crime is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
