Rifle Stolen From Orlando Police Car

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A rifle was stolen from an Orlando police car and the thief is on the run. Police said someone broke into the car parked in a subdivision located off North Lane near Pine Hills Road Sunday night and took an AR-15 rifle. The rifle was in a locked mounted rack and it was the only item Taken from the vehicle. Authorities are searching the car for evidence.
