Authorities are warning Central Florida residents of a new Medicare refund scam, according to a Local 6 News report.Investigators said someone is calling homes, claiming to be from the Social Security Administration.The caller then tells victims that they are getting a Medicare refund and asks for the victim's bank information.Police said no one from the Social Security Administration will call you and ask for personal information.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
