Indian River Lagoon, which extends 156 miles from New Smyrna Beach to Jupiter, is home to sea turtles, manatees and other exotic life. It also attracts tourists across the world for the great fishing.
However, the lagoon is suffering from harmful algae. Because of the outbreak the water is a muddy brown color. Scott Rates reports.
