Amber Alert canceled after Orange County toddler found safe
Orange County sheriff's deputies say they have found Jayden Martinez
An Amber Alert was canceled Sunday after a missing 1-year-old Winter Garden boy who was apparently abducted from a home and found safe.
Jayden Martinez was reported missing around 4 a.m. Sunday from a home on East Summer Street, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies went to the house and said they discovered that someone had forced their way into the home and Jayden was missing.
A massive search, including the use of K-9s, was conducted in the area.
Deputies said the father, Carlos Martinez had custody of the child, who was safely returned to his mother.
Deputies said the case will be turned over to the State Attorney's office and no charges have been filed.
Deputies said there has been an on-going custody dispute between the mother and the father.
