Apopka homes evacuated after gas line leak
2 homes affected, police say
Two homes have been evacuated in Apopka on Wednesday after a gas line ruptured and started leaking, according to police.
Apopka police said the line has been capped off at Leeland Archer Boulevard. Once the gas smell is eliminated residents will be allowed back in their homes.
The rupture gas line has been fixed, police said.
