Police are looking for an armed woman who robbed a convenience store in Titusville on Friday.

Titusville police said the robbery happened at the M and B Discount Beverage store in the 4200 block of South Hopkins Avenue about 6:45 p.m.

The woman, wearing a bandana, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, walked into the store and demanded cash. Police said she was carrying a small pistol.

Police did not specify how much cash she made off with.

The armed robber is described as being short, and medium build with light brown hair.

Police said she was seen leaving in a black sports utility vehicle towards U.S. Highway 1.
