Australia beach town buried in sea foam
Rough weather whips up foam from ocean
People living in the Australian town of Mooloolaba awoke Monday to find parts of the small beach town in the state of Queensland covered in foam.
The rough weather that whisked through the Sunshine Coast also whipped up foam from the ocean and brought it to shore, local media said.
It covered the beach and streets up to a height of up to 3 meters.
Many vacationers and residents used the opportunity to play in the foam or take photographs of the natural phenomenon.
