Botox may be secret tool to stop teeth grinding
New study from University of Texas
It works wonders in smoothing out wrinkles.
And now, doctors say that Botox may also prevent a bad habit at night - grinding your teeth while you sleep.
Researchers from the University of Texas just carried out a first-of-its-kind study.
They gave Botox injections to some people who grind their teeth at night, and a placebo to others who have the same problem.
The study found that those who got Botox injections eventually had fewer issues with teeth grinding.
Doctors say Botox relaxes your muscles, and that's why it could help patients.
But they admit that more research is needed.
