ST. CLOUD, Fla. -

Officials have charged a man with driving under the influence manslaughter after they say he killed two people in a crash involving three cars in St. Cloud.

Troopers said Randall Kerly, 47, was driving eastbound on US-192 when he pulled out to make a left-hand turn in front of another car, driven by Rachel Price, 18, and crashed into the ride side of the car. Price's car then crashed into another vehicle and ignited.

Price and passenger Jamaree Cook, 19, both died in the crash. The driver of the third vehicle or Kerly both weren't injured in the crash.

Kerly has been charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter in the crash, which is still under investigation.

Price was a freshman at Eckerd College and graduated from Melbourne High School, Local 6 news partner Florida Today reports. She was also named a three-time Player of the Year, according to Eckerd’s website.
