LONDON, U.K. -

A well-known airline wants to do something that some people are calling creepy.

British Airways plans to let its workers Google you before you get on the plane.

It's called the 'Know Me' program. The airline's staff will have iPads so they can search each passenger's name before each flight.

The goal is to find out more about you so the airline can create a more personalized service.

British Airways plans to start the program soon, and it wants workers to be able to personally greet 4,500 passengers a day by the end of the year.
