A Florida judge has decided to release jailhouse video of Casey Anthony reacting to the news that her daughter's remains had been found in 2008.

Judge Belvin Perry made the ruling Friday afternoon, writing that protecting Anthony's right to a fair trial was no longer an issue..
He also dismissed defense claims that the video should remain secret under medical privacy laws. Defense attorneys had argued she was in a jail medical facility when she found out and received a sedative to calm her down.

The tape has been sealed since June 2009 because of fears it would affect Anthony's ability to receive a fair trial.
Anthony was acquitted in July of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony, but found guilty on four counts of lying to police.
