ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -

Casey Anthony's defense attorneys want Jeff Ashton, the lead prosecutor in her murder trial, to explain how he didn't violate court orders with his new book, according to a newly filed motion.

The motion points to Jeff Ashton's book, Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony, where he releases information on sealed depositions of two mental health evaluations of Casey Anthony.

Judge Belvin Perry sealed the the two mental health evaluations by Dr. Danziger and Dr. Weitz during the Casey Anthony trial, according to the motion.

The Casey Anthony legal team wants Ashton to explain to the court why he shouldn't be held in contempt.

"Whether this violation was purposeful or simply a result of 'Imperfect Memory', an objective violation of this Court's order has occurred," the Casey Anthony legal team says in the motion.
